This policy outlines our process for returns and exchanges, designed with the same care and attention to detail that we apply to curating our collection.
Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

- Opened Sheet Music, Music Books, & Manuscripts (due to potential copyright infringement)

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps within the 15-day window:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected]. Please use the subject line “Return Request: [Your Order Number]”.
- Provide Information: In your email, include your name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return. For exchanges, please specify the product you would like instead.
- Receive Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to ship your return. Returns shipped without an RMA number cannot be processed.
- Ship the Item: Carefully package the unused item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number and name inside the package. Ship the package to the address provided in your instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to receive the return after you ship it.

Refund Timelines and Methods
Your satisfaction is our concerto’s final chord. We will notify you via email once your return has been received and approved.
- Timeline: Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days after we approve the return.
- Method:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be issued to the original card.
- PayPal: Refunds will be issued to your original PayPal account.
- Please note that your bank or payment processor may require additional time to credit the refund to your account once they receive the processing request from us.
- For exchanges, we will process the shipment of your new item as soon as the return is approved. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
