Shipping Information

We are delighted to serve musicians and music enthusiasts worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote areas). To meet your needs, we offer two reliable shipping options:

  1. Standard Shipping:
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Cost: $12.95
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  2. Free Shipping:
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Available for orders over $50
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Order Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before it is shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item isn’t quite the right fit for your musical journey, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the order. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • All returned items will be inspected. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be processed.

⚠️ Important Note: Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and copyright reasons, the following products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Brass Instruments (due to mouthpiece contact)
  • Woodwind Instruments (due to reed and mouthpiece contact)
  • Opened Sheet Music, Music Books, & Manuscripts (due to potential copyright infringement)
  • Downloadable digital products

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Use the subject line: “Return Request: [Your Order Number]”.
  2. Provide Information: In your email, include:
    • Your name and order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
    • The reason for the return
    • For exchanges, specify the product you would like instead
  3. Receive Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
  4. Ship the Item: Package the unused item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number and name. Ship to the address provided. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  5. Processing: Allow 5-7 business days for us to receive and inspect your return. Once approved, we will process your exchange or refund.

Refund Timelines and Methods

Your satisfaction is our concerto’s final chord. We will notify you via email once your return is received and approved.

  • Timeline: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
  • Method:
    • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be issued to the original card.
    • PayPal: Refunds will be issued to your original PayPal account.

Note: Your bank or payment processor may require additional time to credit the refund to your account.

For exchanges, we will ship your new item as soon as the return is approved. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
